Heat transfer principle:
The heat transfer between hot and cold fluids, one flowing in a pipeline, is called pipeline fluid; Another type of flow outside the pipeline is called the shell - in order to improve the heat transfer coefficient of the fluid outside the pipeline, several baffles (if necessary) are usually installed inside the shell. These baffles can increase the fluid velocity on the shell side, forcing the fluid to pass through the tube bundle multiple times. The heat exchange tubes can be arranged in equilateral triangles or other pattern on the tube plate, with a compact arrangement and high turbulence, the heat transfer coefficient increased. Easy to clean the exterior of the pipe and suitable for fluids that are prone to scaling
