The traditional temperature control method is to directly introduce fluids of different temperatures into the reaction jacket and other end devices that require temperature control. This temperature control method can cause cross contamination of the medium, large temperature differences during hot and cold alternation that cause huge impact on the end devices. The TCU unit introduces a single medium to transfer the energy of cold and heat sources (steam, low-temperature ethylene glycol, etc.) to the single medium, and then transfers it to the end of the reaction kettle jacket that needs temperature control through the single medium, in order to solve the shortcomings of the transfer temperature control mode.
