Control Instructions
The on-site controller adjusts the opening degree of the primary side electric valve actuator based on the secondary side water supply temperature sensor, consequently changes the flow rate of the primary side, and ensures the stability of the secondary side water supply temperature.
According to the secondary return water pressure, automatically control the variable frequency operation of the make-up water pump, maintain a constant secondary network system pressure, and release water during overpressure. Collect the secondary water supply pressure and maintain a constant secondary side outlet pressure. When the secondary side return water pressure is too low, stop the circulating pump to protect it from idling and burning out the pump motor. When the secondary side pressure is too high, stop the machine to protect the user's external pipeline network and prevent excessive pressure.
Through the above control methods, the heat exchange unit can operate automatically and be unmanned 24 hours a day.
