Filter Cleaning System

2. Folding filter element: 3 inches or more; Aperture: 0.01-1.0 μm or more

3. In situ ultrafiltration device: with a length of 500mm or more; Molecular weight: above 5000 molecular weight

4. Other washable parts need to be designed separately

Defoamer: Remove bubbles inside the filter element to ensure comprehensive cleaning effect

Pre-cleaning: Remove most of the trapped substances upstream of the filter element and discharge them directly

Cleaning solution washing: enhances the ability to decompose, peel, remove, and dissolve

Fine cleaning: removes substances that are decomposed and peeled off upstream and downstream of the filter element, and directly discharges them. Effect evaluation: determines the cleaning effect through conductivity analysis

Cleaning completed: automatic shutdown and an alarm prompt sended
