Introduction

 

Cleaning in Place (CIP) is a technology that uses automated processes to clean production equipment without disassembly. Its core is to thoroughly remove residues and microorganisms from the inner walls and pipelines of the equipment using circulating cleaning solutions (water, acid, alkali, disinfectant, etc.). By automating and standardizing processes, deep cleaning of production systems is achieved, which significantly reducing the risk of cross contamination and becoming a core equipment to ensure continuous production and all these features make CIP system can meet various cleaning validation requirements.
